Lumen & Trim ("we", "us") provides landscape lighting design and installation across Metro Vancouver, BC. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or request a quote, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Information you give us when you submit the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, service area, and any project details you choose to share.
- Website measurement: standard analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics and Google Ads), which use cookies and similar technologies to tell us how our ads and pages perform.
- Anti-spam: Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us confirm form submissions are from real people.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your quote, including by phone, text, and email, and to prepare and follow up on it.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
When we share it
To prepare your quote, we may share the details you submit with a vetted local installer who will provide the work. We use service providers (such as Google and Cloudflare) to operate the site and measure our advertising; they process information on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to your request and provide the service, and then we dispose of it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just email hello@lumenandtrim.ca and we'll take care of it.
